He is important for his presentation of Christ as having &#8220;two natures in one person&#8221;. He participated in the fifth Ecumenical Council. He spoke against the Monothelite heresy. Miracles of healing are attributed to him. Dionysius I (Greek: \u0394\u03b9\u03bf\u03bd\u03cd\u03c3\u03b9\u03bf\u03c2; died 1492) was Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople two times, from 1466 to 1471 and from 1488 to 1490.
